Arbonia is a SIX Swiss Exchange listed construction component supplier with offices and distribution companies in more than 70 countries worldwide, a total workforce of 8,300 employees and revenues in excess of CHF 1.4 billion per annum.
Baker McKenzie Zurich has advised Arbonia in connection with the refinancing of its existing CHF 350 million revolving credit facility with a new Swiss law-governed revolving credit facility in an amount of CHF 250 million.
Niederer Kraft Frey advised UBS Switzerland, acting as coordinator and arranger, and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) and Zürcher Kantonalbank, acting as arrangers, on the refinancing of Arbonia.
