Advestra advises Lea Partners on its acquisition of Base-Net Informatik

Lea Part­ners, a Ger­man multi-stage private equity firm, extends its fin­an­cial ser­vices soft­ware plat­form with the acquis­i­tion of a major­ity stake in Base-Net Inform­atik, Swiss software provider in the field of credit and mortgage management.

Advestra acted as Swiss leg­al coun­sel to Lea Part­ners. The team con­sisted of partner Beda Kaufmann (pictured), associate Anna Capaul and partner Alex­an­der von Jein­sen (all cor­por­ate, m&a) and partner Laurent Ried­weg (tax).
