Telecommunications solutions supplier Ekinops acquires SixSq
Ekinops, a supplier of telecommunications solutions for telecom operators and enterprises listed on Euronext Paris, has completed the acquisition of SixSq, a Geneva based start-up for software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for Edge Computing.
The transaction consisted of the acquisition by Ekinops of 100% of the share-capital of SixSq SA as well as its financing by Ekinops allowing SixSq to significantly increase its sales operations and R&A activities at its Geneva headquarters.
The alliance is a major step forward in Ekinops upscale and software business development strategy.
