So Real Digital Twins successful completion of new finance round

So Real Digital Twins,  a Swiss company specializing in automating the creation of 3D assets and digital twins, has successfully raised CHF 2.5 Million in a new financing round by conversion of convertible loans into share capital.

So Real was founded with the mission to accelerate the production of immersive experiences and to make virtual experiences of all products a reality for all manufacturers.

Walder Wyss acted as legal counsel to So Real in all legal aspects of the whole transaction. The team was led by counsel Kathrin Häcki and partner Marco Strahm (both pictured above).
