Lenz & Staehelin: WisdomTree lists 3 new crypto ETPs on SIX Swiss Exchange

WisdomTree Issuer X Limited has listed on 29 March 2022 three single coin ETPs with Solana, Cardano and Polkadot as underlying assets on SIX Swiss Exchange. These securities are physically backed crypto ETP with exposure to the price of Solana, Cardano and Polkadot respectively.

Lenz & Staehelin assisted WisdomTree with all Swiss regulatory aspects for the listing on SIX Swiss Exchange, as well as for the recognition of the prospectus by the SIX Prospectus Office. The Lenz & Staehelin team was led by partner François Rayroux (pictured), associate Delphine Meylan and paralegal Aude Mugnier (all asset management).
