Homburger advises Qubit on the sale of its stake in Flisom

Last June 29, 2023, the sale of a majority shareholding in Flisom has been successfully completed. Qubit Investments, an affiliate of Tata Industries, together with several other shareholders sold its stake in the ETH Zurich spin-off, a developer and manufacturer of photovoltaic thin-film solar modules, to FL1 Holding, a Germany based investment company.

Homburger advised Qubit Investments on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction. The team was led by partner Daniel Hasler (pictured) and included Stefan Blunschi, Stefan Luginbühl, Julien Di Sabato, Martin Cattaneo and Giulia Meier (all corporate / m&a).
