Wenger Vieli advises Selma Finance on its crowd investing campaign

Swiss fund manager Selma launched a crowd investing campaign last June 2023 in which it raised around €1.3 million from 550 investors, surpassing the target of CHF 1 million by 30%. The company will use the capital raised to expand its customer base with a view to becoming the No. 1 Digital Wealth App in Switzerland. It also aims to further develop its product, including more investment knowledge, solutions for families and a new personalised financial advice space.

Selma Finance is a digital financial advisor that aims to simplify the complexities of financial planning and investment. It is regulated as an independent portfolio manager in Switzerland and serves more than 12,000 clients with varying investment amounts. The fund manager manages assets of more than CHF 200 million.
