Advestra supports UBS Switzerland in Kanalservice acquisition 

Advestra advises UBS Switzerland and the other members of the banking syndicate on financing for the acquisition of the Kanalservice Group by funds advised by Ufenau. 

Advestra advised UBS Switzerland, acting as the mandated lead arranger, agent, and lender, in collaboration with other syndicate banks serving as lenders. Their combined efforts facilitated the provision of credit facilities to finance the acquisition of the Kanalservice Group by Ufenau Continuation Fund 4, SLP, from Ufenau V German Asset Light, SLP, and Ufenau VI German Asset Light, SLP. 

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to the bank­ing syn­dic­ate in the trans­ac­tion. The team included Alex­an­der von Jein­sen (pictured), Alex­an­der Fisch, Roland Truffer, Sandro Bojic, Samuel Fäh and Leonie Keller (all Fin­an­cing) as well as Céline Mar­tin (Tax).
