Altenburger advises Helarb Management on acquisition of Emailtec

Altenburger has advised Helarb Management SA, with respect to the acquisition of Emailtec SA. The Altenburger team was led by partner Manuel Moor.

Emailtec is one of the leaders in the renovation of bathtubs and showers, with a strong presence in the Romande area of Switzerland, particularly in the hotel industry.
