Scope Law with MaintMaster on Peoplegeist acquisition

Scope Law advised MaintMaster Systems on all Swiss legal aspects in connection with the company’s acquisition of Peoplegeist.

The parties

Buyer MaintMaster is a Swedish provider of cloud-based maintenance management solutions. The company is backed by Nordic software investor Monterro.

Headquartered in Lausanne, selling part Peoplegeist provides AI text-analysis solutions for the manufacturing sector.
