Wenger Vieli with Beyond Gravity on former Contraves site sale

Wenger Vieli advised Beyond Gravity on the sale and lease-back of a 37,500 m² industrial and development site in Zurich-Seebach, popularly known as the “former Contraves site”, to the City of Zurich.

A subsidiary of Swiss Confederation-owned RUAG,  Beyond Gravity specialises in manufacturing satellite products and launch vehicle structures.
