Walder Wyss with TEPU on majority stake sale to TSG Group

Walder Wyss advised Swiss TEPU Holding, which consists of the companies Pfanner & Frei and re.com Elektroanlagen, on the sale of majority stakes to the TSG Group, a European provider of technical services for mobility and energy solutions with headquarters in Paris.

Pursuant to the deal, Pfanner & Frei and re.com Elektroanlagen will maintain their existing leadership.
