Schellenberg Wittmer with joint lead managers on Alphabet’s bond issuance

Schellenberg Wittmer advised BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities and Merrill Lynch International, in connection with their role as joint lead managers in the inaugural placement in Switzerland of five tranches of bonds issued by Alphabet, Google’s parent company, with a total principal amount of CHF 3.055 billion.
