NKF advises banking syndicate on Hochdorf’s refinancing

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Luzerner Kantonalbank (LUKB) acting as arranger, agent and security agent and the other members of the banking syndicate in connection with a refinancing for Hochdorf Swiss Nutrition.

Hochdorf Swiss Nutrition is a Swiss specialist in milk processing, focusing on infant nutrition, powder and mixing technology for milk-based and alternative proteins.
