Wenger Vieli with Hoerbiger on credit facility agreement
Wenger Vieli advised Hoerbiger, a globally active technology group supplying components to various industries, on its new syndicated term and revolving facilities agreement with a non-disclosed syndicate of international and domestic banks.
The facilities agreement will be mainly directed at financing Hoerbiger’s acquisition of Physik Instrumente (PI).
