The advisors on Bachem’s CHF 500m credit facility

SIX-listed Bachem Holding secured a CHF 500 million revolving credit facility agreement with UBS Switzerland and selected financial institutions.

In connection with the operation, Vischer advised Bachem Holding, while Homburger advised UBS Switzerland in its capacity as coordinating bookrunning mandated lead arranger, original lender and agent
