Emeram acquires a stake in Solar Manager: the advisors

Emeram, a Munich-based investment manager focused on mid-sized companies in the German-speaking region, completed the acquisition of a stake in Solar Manager.

In connection with the deal, Schellenberg Wittmer advised Emeram, while Wenger Vieli represented Solar Manager. 

Headquartered in Muri, Switzerland, Solar Manager develops an intelligent Home Energy Management System (HEMS), designed to holistically control and optimize energy flows in households — spanning photovoltaics, storage systems, heat pumps, and e-mobility solutions.
