Pestalozzi with Johnson & Johnson on $500m R&D deal with Royalty Pharma

Pestalozzi, alongside lead counsel Ropes & Gray, advised Johnson & Johnson in connection with a USD 500 million R&D co-funding agreement with Royalty Pharma, spread across 2026 and 2027, to advance the clinical development of JNJ-4804, an investigational medicine for autoimmune diseases.
