Advestra adds M&A counsel Aïleen Legré

Swiss law firm Advestra has appointed Aïleen Legré (pictured) as counsel.

Her practice covers strategic transformations, M&A transactions and joint ventures for multinational corporations and private equity clients across multiple jurisdictions, with sector experience in healthcare, financial services, industrials and technology.

The hire is intended to deepen Advestra’s M&A and corporate reorganisation capabilities and expand its advisory offering in sophisticated transactional mandates.
