Pestalozzi advises Swegon on Laminair acquisition

Pestalozzi advised Swegon Group on the acquisition of Laminair, a Swiss distributor of room unit products for air distribution.

Swegon Group, owned by Investment AB Latour — listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange — is a supplier in the field of indoor climate, offering solutions for ventilation, heating, cooling and climate optimisation, as well as connected services and technical support. The group operates globally through subsidiaries and partners and has 23 production sites across Europe, North America and India.
