Advestra advises on SecuSuisse sale to Prosero

Prosero Security, a security provider based in northern Europe, has acquired the SecuSuisse group, a Swiss company headquartered in Bubikon with six-teen offices across Switzerland specialising in solutions for access-control and locking systems.

Advestra advised the sellers in the transaction, fielding an all-corporate M&A team comprising Beda Kaufmann (pictured left), Thomas Reutter (pictured right), Anna Capaul, Benjamin Grunwald and Daryana Maurer.

Market context

The deal marks Prosero Security’s entry into the Swiss security market, adding SecuSuisse’s national network to its existing operations across northern Europe.
