Bär & Karrer advises Virgin Active on Swiss entry
Bär & Karrer served as Swiss legal advisor to Virgin Active, supporting the company’s legal director, Daniela Giordani, as the international health club and Social Wellness Club operator is entering the Swiss market through the takeover of the Planet Wellness club in the Lugano area.
The acquired location is set to open as Switzerland’s first Virgin Active Social Wellness Club.
