Bär & Karrer with Gimv on selling majority stake in AlpenBlu Clinics
Bär & Karrer advised Gimv, a European investment company listed on Euronext Brussels, throughout completion of the sale of its majority stake in AlpenBlu Clinics to Impact Healthcare (IHC), the healthcare investment platform of Swiss familyowned investment group Après-Demain.
