Giulio Palermo to open arbitration boutique in Geneva
After spending more than eight years at Archipel, Giulio Palermo (pictured) launched his own arbitration boutique in Geneva, named GPA Law.
His new practice will focus primarily on sitting as arbitrator in commercial, sports, and investment disputes. His arbitral work, in fact, spans commercial, sports, and investment disputes.
Palermo has served as an arbitrator on the General and Football lists of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) since June 2023. He has also acted as an Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector for UEFA since July 2019, and co-founded the Sports Arbitration Moot in July 2021.
Prior to launching GPA Law, Palermo was a partner at Archipel starting in April 2018. Before that, he spent six years as a senior associate at Lalive in Geneva, beginning in 2012.
