Walder Wyss with Glarner Kantonalbank on CHF 125 million bond issuance
Walder Wyss advised Glarner Kantonalbank on the issuance of CHF 125 million tier 2 bonds with a 1.55% coupon at an issue price of 100.048%.
The bonds have a ten-year term to 2 July 2036 and are callable after five years. UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as joint lead managers, while Glarner Kantonalbank served as co-manager.
