Bratschi with UBS Switzerland on syndicated financing for STWC
Bratschi advised UBS Switzerland, acting as mandated lead arranger, agent and security agent, in connection with a syndicated financing for SwissTech Watch Components SA (STWC), a Swiss industrial group specialising in the design and manufacture of high-precision components for the luxury watchmaking industry.
The financing supports STWC’s acquisition of Rouages, a Swiss company founded in 1918 in Ballaigues (VD).
Following the acquisition, STWC’s industrial portfolio now comprises Boucledor SA, Elfix Production SA, and Rouages SA.
