Acronis sells majority stake to EQT: the advisors
Walder Wyss acted as Swiss legal advisor to Acronis, a cybersecurity and data protection platform for managed service providers, in connection with a sale of a majority stake to the EQT X fund, advised by Bär & Karrer.
On August 7th, Acronis announced that EQT is acquiring a majority stake in the company, with founders, management and certain existing investors remaining as significant minority shareholders.
