Adecco Group acquired Development & Business Consulting Gniazdowski i Partnerzy: the advisor

Swiss employment group Adecco Group has acquired Poland-based consulting company Development & Business Consulting Gniazdowski i Partnerzy.

Greenberg Traurig represented Lee Hecht Harrison, a US-based Adecco Group entity, in the acquisition of the entire business operations of Development & Business Consulting Gniazdowski i Partnerzy. The transaction was led by Local Partner and Head of the Employment Practice Anna Hałas‑Krawczyk (pictured) and Local Partner Michał Bobrzyński.
