Vischer advises ImaOne on MediGroup acquisition
Vischer advised ImaOne on the acquisition of MediGroup, a network of six medical imaging centres concentrated in the Swiss cantons of Vaud and Fribourg.
The transaction extends ImaOne’s presence in French-speaking Switzerland beyond its established base in Geneva, broadening both its service offering and operational scale in the diagnostic imaging sector.
