Advestra advises Lonza on the Placement of CHF 300m Bonds
Lonza Swiss Finance, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lonza Group, has successfully placed CHF 300 million 2.1% guaranteed senior bonds due 2029.
Credit Suisse, UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as Joint Lead Managers.
Advestra acted as legal counsel to Lonza. The team included partners Annette Weber (pictured left), Thomas Reutter (pictured right) and associate Valérie Bayard (all capital markets) as well as partner Céline Martin (tax).
