Advestra on CHF155M Financing for Grand Resort Bad Ragaz

Advestra advised Zürch­er Kan­ton­al­bank as agent, secur­ity agent and lender and the oth­er syn­dic­ate banks as lenders on the CHF 155 mil­lion syn­dic­ated cred­it facil­it­ies provided to Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, a lux­ury well­being & healthy liv­ing resort with its own thermal spring.
