Bär & Karrer with Communardo on Mibex acquisition

Bär & Karrer advised Communardo Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, on the acquisition of all shares of Mibex Software, a Swiss IT company and a provider of Atlassianpps specialised in DevOps.

The team
