Advestra with Novartis on USD 3.7 mln notes placement
Advestra acted as Swiss legal counsel to Novartis, which successfully placed notes in the aggregate principal amount of USD 3.7 billion in four tranches of USD 1 billion 3.800% notes due 2029, USD 850 million 4.000% notes due 2031, USD 1.1 billion 4.200% notes due 2034 and USD 750 million 4.700% notes due 2054. The notes were issued by Novartis Capital Corporation and guaranteed by Novartis.
