Advisors in Ufenau Capital Partners’ deal with Integr8

Ufenau Capital Partners, a Switzerland-based private equity firm, has acquired a 70% stake in Integr8 media. The transaction will allow Integr8 to accelerate its growth both organically and through add-on acquisitions. Integr8 is a digital agency based in Berlin. It offers services including creation and design, workshops and digital marketing. The client base includes both international corporates as well as medium-sized companies.

Goerg Rechtsanwaelte acted as legal advisor to the Swiss Ufenau Capital Partners. The team included John-Patrick Bischoff (pictured), Tobias Fenck, Markus Beyer, Clemens Jestaedt, Heiko Reiter, Ulla Reuter (all corporate) and Adalbert Roedding, Karl-Georg Kusters (both tax).
