Altenburger advises Schulthess Maschinen in Solasa acquisition

Schulthess, a Swiss washing technology group, has acquired Solasa group, a Swiss national leader in providing sales and maintenance services for white goods and turnkey residential laundry services. With this acquisition, the company, which is back in Swiss majority ownership, has the agility to continue its successful growth strategy.

Altenburger has acted as Swiss legal advisor to Schulthess Maschinen in this transaction. The team was co-led by partner Thierry Thormann (pictured left) and senior associate Ralph Imoberdorf (pictured right) and further included Manuel Moor, Céline Spahn, Chloé Groenendijk and Léa Link (all M&A) as well as Isabelle Meyer (regulatory) and Syolene Fenaroli (employment).
