Altenburger advises the founders of Capture Media
Syz Capital, a specialist for investments in private markets, together with its operating partner Saturnus Capital, a Swiss private equity firm focused on transactions in the SME sector, are investing in Capture Media, an online marketing pioneer.
Capture Media has also launched fusedeck, a data protection-friendly tracking and analytics solution that has met with a positive response in times of increasing data protection requirements in Switzerland and the EEA. Today, Capture Media counts numerous national and international companies among its customers.
Altenburger has advised the founders of Capture, Michel Lazecki, Sandro Albin and Franz d’Huc, in the transaction. The team was co-led by partner Thierry Thormann (pictured left) and senior associate Ralph Imoberdorf (pictured right, both M&A) and further included Luzius Cavelti (tax) as well as Céline Spahn (M&A).
The transaction was guided by the expertise of Walder Wyss, who advised both Syz Capital and Saturnus Capital in this transformative venture.
