Advestra advises the sellers on the sale of a stake in Hauser Group

B+G Sch­weiz, a renowned Swiss garden­ing and land­scap­ing group and port­fo­lio com­pany of Pat­ri­moni­um Private Equity and EGS Beteili­gun­gen, has acquired a minor­ity stake in Haus­er Group. With over 150 employ­ees, the group of com­pan­ies centered around the Glarus-based garden­ing com­pany ​“Haus­er Gärten” is a well-known play­er in the hor­ti­cul­tur­al sec­tor, par­tic­u­larly in the exten­ded Lake Zurich region.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel to the sellers in this trans­ac­tion. The team included partners Sandro Fehl­mann (pictured left) and Beda Kaufmann (pictured right), associate Annina Ham­mer and Gök­tuğ Gür­büz (all cor­por­ate/M&A) as well as Céline Mar­tin (tax).
