Altenburger with OnO Holding on AAO acquisition
Altenburger advised OnO Holding, a Swiss ophthalmology group, in connection with the acquisition of Lucerne-based ophthalmology clinic Ambulante Augen-Operations AAO and three ophthalmology practices.
