Anna Tomaschek joins Advestra

Anna Tomaschek has joined Advestra from Wenger Vieli on 1 December 2022. She is active in the areas of m&a, capital markets and financing transactions. Tomaschek also advises companies on corporate and stock exchange law as well as on general contract law issues.

At her new job position as associate at Advestra her practice will focuses on advising domestic and foreign private and listed companies as well as private equity and other investors on acquisitions and sales of companies, investments, joint ventures, carve-out transactions and other m&a transactions. She will also advises clients on capital markets transactions.

Prior to Wenger Vieli she worked as legal counsel at Capital Dynamics and Pestalozzi.
