Arsenal Capital Partners acquires ATP Group from Bregal. The advisors

Arsenal Capital Partners, a global private equity firm focusing on franchises in the healthcare and industrial sectors, has completes its acquisition of ATP Group from Bregal Unternehmerkapital. Swiss headquartered ATP Group is a manufacturer of water-based adhesives tapes with production sites in Europe and the United States. 

Schellenberg Wittmer  acted as Swiss legal counsel to Arsenal Capital Partners. Schellenberg Wittmer worked in close cooperation with Jones Day, Germany, which acted as lead counsel to Arsenal Capital. The team was led by partner Martin Weber (pictured) and included partner Marcel Jakob, associate Elia Schunck, paralegal Marisa Marti, trainee lawyer Laura Roth (all corporate/m&a), partner Anita Schläpfer, associate Dominic Wälchli (both banking & finance), partner Michael Nordin and senior associate Daniela Schellenberg (both tax). 

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to Bregal in this transaction. Baker McKenzie acted for UBS Switzerland in its role as sole underwriter, mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, agent, security agent and lender in connection with their financing of Arsenal Capital Partners’ acquisition of ATP Group.
