Bär & Karrer advises Tineo on the acquisition of netrics

Tineo, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, has acquired netrics, a Swiss based cloud pioneer and managed services provider. The Tineo Group and netrics form a new cloud and ICT service provider in Switzerland. netrics brings to the joint portfolio specialist expertise in digitalization using the public cloud, as well as modern workplace services.
