Baker McKenzie has advised Achiko
Baker McKenzie has advised Achiko – a platform company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange – on its re-location from the Cayman Islands to Zurich and its re-incorporation as a Swiss Aktiengesellschaft. During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Achiko on 18 June 2020, special resolutions to approve the re-location and re-incorporation were adopted. Shareholders also approved the change in the name from Achiko Limited to Achiko upon deregistration as a Cayman Islands exempted company and replacement of the memorandum and articles of association.
