Alpine Metal Tech (AMT), an Austrian specialised industrial machinery specialist, has acquired IMT Intermato, an Italian rival, for an undisclosed fee, Oberoesterreichische Nachrichten reported. AMT is part of Switzerland-based industrial conglomerate Montana Tech Components.
As reported by Mergermarket, AMT and IMT Intermato received legal counsel from Bureau Platter and Alpeggiani respectively.
