Baker McKenzie advises Bächler + Güttinger on its multi merger

Baker McKenzie Switzerland has advised Bächler + Güttinger, a renowed gardening and landscaping company in Switzerland, on its merger with three well established Swiss gardening and landscaping businesses, namely Menétrey, based in the canton of Vaud, Egger and Berger Roman, both based in the canton of Solothurn.

This merger will enable Bächler + Güttinger to extend its range of activities and to grow nationally by being able to work more intensively in other regions in the field of horticulture and garden maintenance. The company focuses on professional consulting, planning, construction and maintenance of gardens and sports facilities for companies, private individuals and public institutions.
