Baker McKenzie promotes new partner and two new counsel in Zurich
Baker McKenzie has promoted Johanna Moesch to partner in its Zurich office, effective 1 July 2026, as part of a broader global round that sees fourty-seven lawyers promoted to partner worldwide.
In addition to Johanna Moesch’s promotion to partner, Baker McKenzie Switzerland has also promoted Tatiana Ayranova and Charlotte Sophie Rüegg to counsel.
The profiles
Johanna Moesch advises Swiss and international companies on complex technology and data-driven matters, with a focus on artificial intelligence, data protection, telecommunications regulation, cybersecurity, and IT and cloud contracts.
Tatiana Ayranova has been promoted to counsel in Baker McKenzie’s banking & finance and financial services teams in Geneva. She regularly advises financial institutions and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions, as well as on regulatory matters. Her practice also covers secu-ritisations.
Charlotte Sophie Rüegg has been promoted to counsel in Baker McKenzie’s banking & finance and capital markets teams in Zurich. She advises financial institutions, corporates and sponsors on a broad range of finance transactions, including syndicated, acquisition, project and real estate financing as well as bond offer-ings and other securities transactions.
