Baker McKenzie advised Acutronic Group in connection with a $25 million investment round led by InterAlpen Partners and Hale Capital Partners.

The company

Acutronic specalises in the development, design and manufacture of precision motion simulators for the aerospace, defense, and transportation industries. The company employs approximately 300 people across sites in Texas, Pennsylvania, Switzerland, Germany, France, and India.
