NKF with banking syndicate on DentaCore’s credit financing

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised UBS Switzerland as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner and agent and the other members of the banking syndicate, in connection with a CHF 120 million credit financing for the DentaCore Group.

Headquartered in Switzerland, DentaCore Group operates a vertically integrated dental platform with a network of over sixty locations and laboratories across the country.
