Baker McKenzie with UBS on Implenia’s syndicated credit facilities

Baker McKenzie advised UBS Switzerland (UBS), acting as lender, sole bookrunner, mandated lead arranger and agent, on all legal aspects of the structuring and renewal of a syndicated credit facility for Implenia, a Swiss construction and real estate services provider.
