Banque Cantonale on capital increase for La Foncière
Bär & Karrer advised Banque Cantonale de Genève, e in the recent capital increase of La Foncière, a listed real estate fund. From June 3 to June 12, 2024, La Foncière successfully completed a capital increase,
issuing 1,046,782 additional units, which were fully subscribed.
About the capital increase
These newly issued units have been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange as of June 18, 2024. The fund management company for La Foncière is Investissements Fonciers, Lausanne, and its depositary bank is Banque Cantonale de Genève.
