NKF and Walder Wyss: GreenState acquires Yasai
Niederer Kraft Frey (“NKF”) advised GreenState, a swiss vertical farming company, on its acquisition of Yasai, advised by Walder Wyss.
The combination of GreenState and Yasai’s technologies will result in the creation of a new player in the vertical farming industry, aiming to contribute positively to a greener planet.

GreenState is a swiss 360 modular and vertical farming company focusing on indoor farming. Their technical solutions center on hardware and software solutions which are closely related to conventional farming.
Yasai
Founded in 2020 and head-quartered in Zurich, Yasai is an ETH spin-off specializing in vertical farming and supplying major retailers.
